Training Sales Executive – Career Development Center

About the role

AmCham Egypt is looking for a motivated Training Sales Executive to promote the Career Development Center's training programs. You will generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and help drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively outreach to expand the CDC client base and create new business leads.
• Present CDC training programs, rates, and offers to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and clients to ensure repeat business.
• Represent CDC at events and networking opportunities to increase market presence.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, revenue sheets, and performance presentations.
• Track performance against assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with the collections team for timely payment follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate client database records.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align campaigns and sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in training or learning & development.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work well within a team.
