Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Travel Consultant to join Hojuzat for Travel and Tourism at our Dokki office. In this position you will design travel packages, handle Fully Independent Traveller (FIT) requests and create bookings through a variety of reservation systems, while also selling pre‑designed group tours for outbound travel.

Key responsibilities

• Design attractive travel packages and detailed itineraries for outbound trips.
• Process FIT (Fully Independent Traveller) requests and generate bookings through multiple reservation platforms.
• Negotiate and manage direct contracts with hotels, airlines and local service providers.
• Promote and sell ready‑made group packages to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the travel planning process.
• Ensure all bookings are accurately entered and follow company procedures.

Required profile

• Recent graduate, preferably with a background in Tourism or Hospitality.
• Minimum six months of sales experience in any market.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
