About the role
Vienna Travel is seeking a motivated Travel Sales Representative to join its Cairo office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help clients design personalized travel experiences while driving sales of flights, hotels, and tour packages.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting suitable travel packages and itineraries.
- Sell flights, hotel bookings, and tour packages to meet monthly targets.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and social media channels.
- Follow up on bookings to ensure smooth completion and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on current travel offers, promotions, and industry trends.
- Prepare daily or monthly sales reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support group and corporate travel events.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in travel or tourism.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Professional attitude with a focus on excellent customer service.
