Travel Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a polished and discreet Travel Senior Specialist to join our fast‑paced, high‑standard environment. Working from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, you will provide best‑in‑class travel planning and personal support while ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior executives.
• Coordinate international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.
• Provide real‑time, high‑touch travel assistance and resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with premium service providers and partners to secure optimal arrangements.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality while delivering personal and professional assistance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent (mandatory).
• Fluency in English at C1 level or higher.
• Experience in a Personal Assistant or similar role is highly preferred.
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills.
• Strong educational background.
• Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and organizational excellence.
