Warehouse Data Coordinator

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Warehouse Data Coordinator in Cairo. The role manages system and documentation tasks within the warehouse, acts as key user of the warehouse systems and holds admin access to several system features.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, plan and generate picklists for all DC operators and the DC supervisor
• Prepare shipment-related documents and hand them to the transportation team
• Create and manage supplier returns, and open, edit and close system tasks
• Manage and revise receiving documents and reflect them in the system
• Plan and run regular stock takes and cycle counts with the ICs and the DC supervisor
• Coordinate with the head office team on regular reports and system matters, and act as contact with the Microsoft Dynamics team
• Work with DC operations, logistics specialists, inventory controllers and finance
• Handle document and archiving matters, DC petty cash, office supplies and machines, and pest control, cleaning and fire safety checks
• Place orders for equipment and spare parts

Required profile

• No specific industry background required, but a warehousing background is preferred
• Strong organization and structuring skills, good verbal and written communication

Required skills

• Technical mastery of systems is a must
• Previous knowledge and experience with a WMS (warehouse management system)
