Warehouse Supervisor – Cairo

About the role

Sanofi is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage its Cairo warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient handling of finished goods while complying with HSE and GMP requirements. The role focuses on minimizing losses, overseeing stock movements, and supporting manufacturing requests.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate toll‑out activities, including stock receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.
• Monitor and reduce product losses through effective inventory control.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE, GMP, and local environmental regulations.
• Manage overtime and salary processing for permanent and temporary warehouse operators.
• Organise receipt, storage, and distribution of manufactured finished goods.
• Operate Clark vehicles and forklifts to move and arrange products safely.
• Prepare and follow up on manufacturing requests and related documentation.
• Handle documentation required by Egyptian national security authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Forklift (Clark) operation.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency.
• Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) compliance knowledge.
