Warehouse Supervisor – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth workflow, compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards, and supporting team performance to meet operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, order processing, stock rearrangements and inventory counting.
• Respond promptly to internal and client emails and take necessary actions.
• Communicate directly with clients to meet operational requirements and provide reports.
• Conduct regular warehouse walkthroughs to monitor workflow and policy compliance.
• Allocate tasks and equipment, request temporary labor when needed.
• Coordinate employee schedules, holidays, shift rotations and rest periods.
• Prepare and submit shift handover reports on receiving and order status.
• Lead brief shift meetings covering challenges, priorities and safety topics.
• Evaluate team performance, provide coaching and escalate unresolved issues.
• Implement and maintain the quality management system and handle customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with GDP/GMP, OH&S and environmental management standards, reporting incidents and participating in risk assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven capability to manage teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Solid understanding of safety, compliance and quality regulations.
