Account Manager / Client Success Manager – Remote

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Client Success Manager to own the full client lifecycle for our digital‑marketing portfolio in the GCC and Egypt. The role is fully remote and requires close collaboration with both clients and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and generate measurable value each month.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 8–15 active client accounts across Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and other GCC markets.
- Lead onboarding activities, including kickoff meetings, expectation setting and project scoping.
- Conduct weekly and bi‑weekly client check‑ins and deliver performance updates.
- Coordinate with strategy, design, content and media‑buying teams to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Translate client feedback into clear briefs for production.
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities and lead contract renewal discussions.
- Track client health metrics such as satisfaction, retention, response time and NPS.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Proactively resolve client concerns and maintain accurate records in CRM and project‑management tools.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of account management or client success experience.
- Proven track record working with GCC‑based clients (Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar).
- Fluent Arabic (Gulf and/or Egyptian dialects) and professional English.
- Strong understanding of digital‑marketing channels such as social media, paid advertising, content and branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Reliable remote‑work setup aligned with GCC business hours.
