Account Manager – Remote (Egypt)

About the role

Talkpush is looking for a remote Account Manager to own end‑to‑end client relationships, drive growth, and ensure customers realize long‑term value from our recruitment automation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand an existing portfolio of customers across the recruitment sector.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase usage and revenue.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Support teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client hiring processes and aligning our technology to their goals.
• Monitor account health, provide regular performance insights, and ensure high satisfaction.
