Affiliate Marketing Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid and will manage and grow affiliate partnerships across Augustus Media’s brands. The specialist will identify new affiliate opportunities, onboard partners, optimise campaigns and collaborate with internal teams to drive traffic, conversions and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and onboard relevant affiliate partners, merchants and networks across assigned categories and markets.
• Execute affiliate campaigns on web, social, email and other digital channels, coordinating with editorial, content, SEO and commercial teams.
• Monitor and optimise revenue, clicks, conversions, CTR, EPC and other performance metrics; recommend improvements and test new offers.
• Support affiliate activities in GCC markets (Dubai, KSA, etc.), tracking regional trends and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain accurate tracking links, promotional codes and campaign data; perform regular QA checks and resolve broken links.
• Prepare regular performance reports, insights and forecasts for the Affiliate/Commercial Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, e‑commerce or related digital marketing roles.
• Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting performance data and generating reports.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced media environment.
