Agentic AI Technical Leader

About the role

We are looking for a senior Agentic AI Technical Leader to drive the architecture and delivery of enterprise‑level generative AI and agent‑based solutions. The role will own design, quality, and technical direction while collaborating with platform engineers, MLOps teams, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and production delivery of Agentic AI and LLM‑based systems for enterprise clients.
• Design agent‑based workflows and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) architectures for real business use cases.
• Make architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Stay hands‑on with core agent logic, prototypes, code reviews, and critical troubleshooting in Python.
• Guide selection and integration of proprietary and open‑source LLMs.
• Apply and extend agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Lead and mentor AI, ML, and data‑science engineers, establishing standards and best practices.
• Promote responsible AI practices across delivery teams.
• Partner with platform and MLOps teams to operationalize solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, including CI/CD, monitoring, and production readiness.
• Act as technical lead in client engagements, translating AI architectures into business outcomes.

Required profile

• 12+ years of software, data, or AI engineering experience with recent focus on generative and agentic AI.
• Proven track record delivering agent‑based or LLM‑driven systems in production.
• Strong Python expertise and modern AI engineering practices.
• Hands‑on experience with agent frameworks and RAG concepts.
• Experience leading technical teams and owning architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate to executives.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
