About the role
Sunrise Resorts & Cruises is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join its team at the Sharm El Sheikh resort. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across all rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public spaces meet brand cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with the laundry team to guarantee timely and efficient linen service.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping.
- Assist in training and onboarding new housekeeping staff, fostering effective communication.
- Maintain organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is a plus.
- Strong communication abilities to interact with staff, management and guests.
- Excellent organizational skills for scheduling and inventory control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of safety, hygiene and cleaning standards in the hospitality industry.
