Assistant Manager – HR (Employee Engagement)

About the role

Almosafer Travel & Tourism Co is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to lead employee engagement initiatives for its Egypt Service Centre. The role partners with HR and operational leaders to create a seamless employee experience and drive data‑based improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and launch engagement and recognition programs aligned with company goals.
• Lead culturally relevant engagement activities across the Egypt Service Centre.
• Analyse surveys, feedback and HR metrics to produce actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Create leadership presentations that highlight performance trends and recommendations.
• Support employer branding together with Talent Acquisition.
• Utilise HR systems such as SAP to monitor engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with facilities, vendors and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Continuously improve internal communication to boost transparency and connection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in HR engagement, employee experience or service‑center environments.
• Proven track record designing and delivering engagement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, complex formulas, automation).
• Advanced Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards, complex formulas, automation).
• Experience with SAP HR modules.
