Assistant Manager, Sales (Menoufia & Qalyubia)

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Sales will drive category sales growth in the Menoufia and Qalyubia regions, balancing short‑term targets with long‑term customer relationships. The role focuses on maximizing distribution, visibility, and promotional effectiveness for Nestlé’s pharma portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets by category and meet core distribution and visibility goals outlined in the Business Development Agreement.
• Negotiate contracts with customers covering shelf space, promotions, and implementation plans.
• Conduct daily field visits to pharmacies, ensuring product availability and proper shelf presentation.
• Report market intelligence, including sales analysis, competitor activity, and shopper insights, to sales management.
• Implement promotional plans efficiently in stores and coordinate with merchandisers for on‑shelf availability.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and required reports.
• Lead monthly pharmacy and branch group meetings and coordinate order execution for hospitals with the medical field team.
• Ensure compliance with WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast‑Milk Substitutes and Nestlé’s internal policies.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• University degree in Business or a related discipline.
