About the role
The Business Development Engineer will work on‑site in Cairo, driving growth for ECB’s engineering and consultancy services. You will identify new market opportunities, build client relationships and support the creation of technical proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Analyse market trends and prepare sales presentations.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Follow up on leads, convert them into projects and report on activities.
- Participate in client meetings, gather technical and commercial information, and contribute to strategic planning.
Required profile
- Strong analytical, communication and sales skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in consulting, construction or engineering services is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic and ability to work in an ISO‑compliant environment.
