Associate Manager, Demand & Supply Planning

About the role

The Associate Manager, Demand & Supply Planning will oversee the supply network for the assigned business area, ensuring each dispatch point is replenished to meet customer service goals while maintaining optimal stock levels and controlling distribution costs. This full‑time position is based in Cairo and reports to the supply chain leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze supply plans and net dispatch requirements, considering network complexity and constraints for finished goods and accessories.
• Manage GAC consolidation hub needs and allocate stock across all OPCs.
• Plan and optimise mixed transportation loads, balancing operational and transport constraints.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, balancing product availability with cost efficiency.
• Establish and review stock policies for finished goods, especially for inter‑market supply.
• Identify volume variances, challenge logistics processes and drive improvements.
• Communicate supply insights to stakeholders, highlighting risks and trade‑offs.
• Collaborate with factories on lot sizes and cycle times to optimise inventory freshness.
• Ensure accurate master data and event management in supply planning systems.
• Analyse and manage supply chain exceptions, aligning decisions with agreed priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in factories/production, foreign trade, IMS factory logistics, demand & supply planning or operations improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage performance and optimise operational efficiency.
• Effective stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Service‑oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
