Banking Operations Supervisor (BPO)

About the role

RayaCX is looking for a Banking Operations Supervisor to lead its banking department within a fast‑growing BPO environment in Alexandria. The role involves overseeing daily banking processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily banking operations, including customer service, cash management and transaction processing.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Develop and optimise operational procedures to boost productivity and service quality.
• Perform audits to ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Stay informed on industry trends and recommend process improvements.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in banking operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.
• Proven leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
