Beauty Consultant – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for a Beauty Consultant to join our luxury retail team, representing Chanel within the Chalhoub Group. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining the brand’s high standards in a boutique environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty advice and product recommendations to guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets using effective sales techniques and in‑depth product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked counter and ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.
• Support new product launches, promotions and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Demonstrate product usage, conduct makeup applications and communicate benefits to customers.
• Track daily sales performance, generate reports and monitor post‑launch sales at the store level.
• Address customer queries regarding product availability, pricing and usage.

Required profile

• Strong grooming standards and a passion for luxury beauty.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and meet sales objectives.

• Makeup application knowledge.
• In‑depth product knowledge of Chanel beauty range.
