Bilingual Travel Advisor (French & English)

About the role

FlairsTech is seeking a bilingual Travel Advisor to join its customer experience team in Qesm El Maadi. Working in a hybrid setting, you will support clients in both French and English, helping them plan and book personalized travel experiences while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound client inquiries related to travel itineraries, bookings, and changes.
• Provide accurate travel arrangements and recommendations in French and English.
• Collaborate with airline, hotel, and tour partners to secure optimal options for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of bookings and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
• Excellent communication abilities in both French and English.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.
