Billing Specialist – Egypt

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Billing Specialist to join our finance team in Egypt. The role focuses on accurate invoice generation, payment processing and maintaining up‑to‑date customer account records. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, numerically strong and able to work collaboratively with internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and issue customer invoices ensuring correct pricing, discounts, taxes and payment terms.
• Verify billing data, process adjustments, credits, refunds and account corrections.
• Maintain accurate billing records and monitor outstanding invoices, payment status and account balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Finance, Sales and other teams to address billing issues.
• Reconcile billing information with ERP/accounting systems and produce regular billing reports and aging summaries.
• Support month‑end and year‑end billing activities and assist with audits by providing required documentation.
