Brand Designer

About the role

City & the Sea, a boutique travel and event consultancy based in Cairo, is looking for a creative Brand Designer to shape and maintain its visual identity across all touchpoints. This full‑time, on‑site position will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the brand reflects the company’s precision, creativity and local expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve brand identities for the company and its client projects.
• Create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations and event collateral.
• Ensure consistency of branding across all platforms and mediums.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to align design work with business objectives.
• Stay current with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into brand strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Proven experience in brand identity, brand design and overall branding.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a creative agency or design‑focused environment is a plus.

• Proficiency with design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Visual design and graphic design expertise.
