Business Analyst – Strategic & Technical

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to partner with senior stakeholders across product, operations, compliance, finance and IT. You will shape business problems into actionable initiatives, assess feasibility and value, and advise on optimal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to define initiatives, evaluate impact and recommend process, system or policy solutions.
• Own the full requirements lifecycle – business, functional, non‑functional and regulatory requirements – ensuring they are clear, testable and traceable.
• Facilitate workshops, design walkthroughs, requirement validation sessions and UAT readiness, acting as the single point of accountability for business requirements.
• Work closely with technical leads, architects, QA and vendors to validate that designs meet business needs without unnecessary complexity.
• Conduct business, process and data impact analyses, identify readiness gaps and support change‑management activities such as training and communication.
• Define and track success metrics/KPIs, own acceptance criteria and lead UAT to secure formal business sign‑off.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Communication, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2‑3 years of relevant business analysis experience.
• Understanding of project management principles; Agile experience is a plus.
• CBAP certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
