About the role
BayanTech is seeking a Business Development Executive to accelerate growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation. This hybrid position combines remote outreach with occasional on‑site engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and target new clients and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned revenue quotas.
- Research emerging markets and customer needs.
- Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, and other channels.
- Promote the company’s translation and localization services, aligning solutions with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Represent BayanTech at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Identify, prepare, and submit tenders in line with company goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2‑3 years of business development experience, preferably within the translation and localization industry.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Target‑driven and motivated to meet sales objectives.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
