Business Process Management Manager (BPM)

About the role

The Business Process Management Manager will act as the strategic architect of flow, optimizing Holcim's integrated business process ecosystem. You will bridge physical operations with digital platforms, driving efficiency, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety compliance across all process initiatives.
• Design and define process architecture for SAP S/4HANA, TIS, Qlik Sense and related ERP tools.
• Establish a unified BPM governance framework aligned with the "NextGen Growth 2030" strategy.
• Lead value‑stream initiatives to eliminate waste and achieve annual efficiency targets.
• Provide process intelligence to prioritize transformation projects with the highest ROI.
• Design cross‑functional workflows that break silos and improve performance.
• Direct a team of Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belts to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Internal Control to embed built‑in compliance into optimized processes.

Required profile

• MBA or postgraduate degree in Engineering/Business (preferred).
• Proven experience in ERP and workflow automation environments.
• Strong background in Lean Six Sigma, preferably Master Black Belt.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA mastery
• Experience with TIS and Qlik Sense

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
