Cashier – IKEA Food Service

About the role

The IKEA Food Cashier is responsible for operating the cash register, delivering friendly service and keeping the checkout area tidy. You will interact with guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience while following standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Operate POS systems and process cash, card and other payments accurately.
• Maintain an orderly checkout area and minimise queue times.
• Provide product information on IKEA Food & Beverages and uphold food safety standards.
• Support the Chef in equipment use and report any breakdowns.
• Participate in training sessions and follow SOPs for cash handling and customer service.
