Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Lead Digital Transformation

About the role

The Chief Technology Officer will shape and execute the group’s technology vision, driving digital transformation across automotive retail, after‑sales, mobility services and logistics. Reporting to the executive team, the CTO ensures technology aligns with business goals to boost efficiency and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the technology roadmap in line with strategic objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including ERP, CRM, data analytics and e‑commerce platforms.
• Oversee enterprise‑wide systems, platforms and infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security.
• Build and mentor high‑performance IT and digital teams, fostering an agile culture.
• Collaborate with other executives to embed technology in operations, finance and customer service.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimise the technology budget.
• Develop cybersecurity policies, risk‑management strategies and disaster‑recovery plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of progressive technology experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation in a large, multi‑brand, customer‑focused organization.
• Experience in the automotive or retail sector is highly desirable.
