Client Experience Agent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Experience Agent to join our team in the Heliopolis, New Cairo and Zayed areas. The role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
• Resolve inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collect and analyse client feedback to drive service improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to relay client insights.
• Present and sell products and services, meeting sales targets.
• Track inventory levels, manage product orders and perform accurate data entry.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English.
