Cloud and Systems Administrator

About the role

The Cloud and Systems Administrator is responsible for day‑to‑day administration and operational support of the organization’s Microsoft‑based infrastructure and security platforms. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access management, endpoint management, and server operations while following established policies and senior technical guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365/Office 365 services, including user onboarding/offboarding, license assignment, mailbox access, groups, and Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams administration.
• Administer Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID, implement Conditional Access policies, MFA enforcement, and conduct access reviews.
• Support Microsoft Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and troubleshoot endpoint issues.
• Perform routine Windows Server tasks such as user access management, service monitoring, patching, backups, restores, and health reporting.
• Assist with security operations, including policy implementation, alert monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and compliance documentation.
• Provide technical support within defined SLAs, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and participate in IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT systems or security operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic Microsoft Intune usage.
• Familiarity with Conditional Access, MFA, and identity security concepts.
