About the role
The Concierge – Platform supports Greystar residents by delivering high‑quality service, information, and assistance with daily community needs. Working on‑site, you will be the first point of contact for prospects, residents, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents, manage waiting areas, and coordinate with leasing staff.
- Answer and route phone calls, handle service‑request callbacks, and manage guest suite scheduling.
- Oversee loading dock and elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
- Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before office opening.
- Document package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and maintain delivery logs.
- Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
- Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
- Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other properties for training or support.
