Content Associate – Pharmaceutical Marketing (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Content Associate to support pharmaceutical marketing and promotional content strategies in a regulated healthcare environment. The role requires fluency in French and at least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of brand strategy and deliver promotional content in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Create, curate, review and manage multi‑channel promotional materials for HCP and patient engagement.
• Maintain content calendars, tagging standards and governance across systems.
• Support sales‑team training on newly approved materials and ensure continuous content availability for launch brands.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for content production, approval workflows and inventory management.
• Search global and internal libraries to optimize and reuse content across omnichannel journeys.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in marketing coordination or content management.
• Fluent written and spoken French and strong English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under regulatory constraints.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
