CRM Quality Auditor – Ensure CRM Process Excellence

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Quality Auditor to ensure the accuracy and compliance of our CRM records and related processes. The role involves daily and periodic audits, identifying gaps, and driving corrective actions to improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate operational workflows to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits of processes, service delivery, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Identify procedural gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop and implement quality‑assurance policies, guidelines, and checklists.
• Collaborate with department heads to maintain consistent adherence to quality protocols.
• Analyze customer feedback and service reports to pinpoint recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on proper CRM data usage and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed reports on audits, assessments, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Create, implement, and educate teams on corrective action plans.

Required profile

• Experience in the travel, hospitality or service industry is strongly preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• CRM knowledge (must).
• Zoho CRM experience (preferred).

What we offer

• Full‑time onsite position in New Nozha, Cairo.
• Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 10 am – 6 pm (2 days off).
• Basic salary of 12,000 EGP net per month plus KPI‑based bonuses after probation.
• Social insurance and medical insurance allowance.
