ERP Developer (Python, C#, Frappe, Oracle)

About the role

e.construct, an engineering firm with 7 offices worldwide, is looking for a hands-on ERP Developer (mid-senior) to design, develop, customize and implement ERP solutions end to end. The role is ownership-led rather than supervisory, with close collaboration with business stakeholders. It suits someone comfortable working independently across Python, C#, Frappe and Oracle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize and maintain ERP modules using Python (Frappe framework) and C#
• Implement ERP solutions from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support
• Customize workflows, forms, reports, dashboards and business logic
• Build and maintain custom ERP apps and extensions on Frappe
• Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications, APIs and internal platforms
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries and performance (SQL / Oracle DB); handle data migration, validation and synchronization
• Develop and support custom components, integrations and enhancements in Oracle ERP environments, including PL/SQL and reporting tools
• Own the full lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, documentation and support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring security, scalability and performance
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and produce technical documentation and user guides

Required profile

• 3-7+ years of experience in ERP development (mid to senior level)
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of ERP implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory) and C#
• Hands-on experience with Frappe / ERPNext or similar frameworks
• Solid experience with Oracle ERP systems and Oracle databases
• Strong SQL; PL/SQL is a plus
• REST APIs, integrations, Git/version control and deployment best practices
• Nice to have: ERPNext implementations, cloud hosting, Docker or CI/CD pipelines, and knowledge of role-based access control
