Customer Service Representative – Call Center (Gulf Market)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our call centre team in Cairo. You will serve clients from Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar, providing high‑quality support across phone, email and chat channels. Fluency in Gulf Arabic dialects and strong English skills are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Communicate effectively in various Gulf dialects to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Diagnose issues, propose solutions and follow up to guarantee resolution.
• Document interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet service standards specific to the Gulf market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in customer service or call‑centre environments, preferably serving Gulf clients.
• Fluent Arabic with strong command of Gulf dialects and proficient English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple requests and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
