The Customer Service Specialist will focus on driving course renewals by engaging existing learners, understanding their progress, and offering tailored solutions. This role combines sales expertise with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to present course renewal options and increase conversion rates.
• Maintain regular follow‑up to understand learners’ needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions.
• Monitor student progress, analyse performance data and develop appropriate renewal strategies.
• Handle inquiries, resolve concerns and ensure high satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
• Track renewal metrics, prepare reports and share insights with management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align renewal offers with customer needs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to identify and address customer needs.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on performance and commission.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
