Diamond Relationship Manager (Giza)

About the role

The Diamond Relationship Manager will drive growth of the high‑net‑worth customer segment for ADIB in Giza. You will deliver premium banking services, build lasting relationships, and ensure a superior client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support expansion of the Diamond customer base through high‑quality service, loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Engage affluent New‑to‑Bank prospects to increase the Diamond segment.
• Conduct client visits and present tailored ADIB Diamond liability and asset products.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers by aligning financial solutions with their personal plans.
• Apply ADIB service standards to guarantee consistent premium experiences.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve complaints and maintain trust.
• Cross‑sell a range of banking products to maximise portfolio value.
• Prepare and share sales performance reports with the manager.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate implementation outcomes.
• Investigate and resolve complaints in coordination with compliance and governance teams.
• Perform any other tasks assigned to support segment growth and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; banking experience is a plus.
• Advanced portfolio and wealth‑management experience with a proven revenue‑generation record.
• Strong knowledge of credit, risk assessment and compliance.
• Ability to manage high‑value, complex client portfolios.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
