About the role
Valeo is looking for a Digital Product Owner to lead the roadmap for Valeo Service Digital. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital tools that serve customers, sales, marketing, and internal IT teams, ensuring they meet market needs and drive performance.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously improve digital features and tools, delivering on time and according to customer requirements.
- Identify customer needs through interviews, surveys, NPS, and feedback from sales, tech care, marketing and service teams.
- Prioritise projects based on ROI and customer benefit, set up proofs of concept and test‑and‑learn experiments.
- Maintain the product roadmap in Jira, coordinate sprints, and work closely with development, UX/UI, and innovation teams.
- Define and monitor KPIs, ensure quality of deliverables, and communicate progress to all stakeholders.
- Coach internal and external teams, promote digital skills across regions, and act as an ambassador for Valeo Service.
Required profile
- Proven experience with Agile methodology and Design Thinking in an international environment.
- Strong team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and fostering digital competence.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to translate customer insights into actionable product features.
