District Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role
The District Manager will lead sales operations for Hoechst‑Eg in Asyut, driving revenue growth and market share within the assigned territory. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and requires close collaboration with healthcare providers.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee sales activities and ensure achievement of sales targets and market share objectives.
- Manage, mentor and develop the local sales team.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and team‑management experience in sales.
- Strong expertise in sales planning, sales analysis and business development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis and strategic planning.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Asyut with travel within the territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Experience with CNS or infertility‑related products is an asset.
