E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital presence of Kempinski Palace Cairo, focusing on the hotel’s website, food & beverage venues, spa and lifestyle offerings. The role aims to increase local market visibility, drive traffic, and support revenue goals through strategic digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Plan and manage a local‑focused content calendar for lifestyle positioning.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with F&B, Spa, PR, E‑Commerce and Revenue teams to create high‑impact campaigns.
• Manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google and local platforms, including budget, bidding, keyword research, ad copy and landing‑page optimisation.
• Monitor, analyse and report on website and campaign performance using KPIs.
• Ensure consistent brand delivery across social and digital channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and e‑commerce, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and brand voice alignment.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable campaign improvements.
