Electrical Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

Join our manufacturing plant as an Electrical Engineer, supporting the design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of plant electrical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment, panels, and control systems.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical systems and machinery.
• Participate in troubleshooting electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Work with senior engineers to improve energy efficiency and system reliability.
• Support automation and control system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and HSE policies.
• Prepare and maintain electrical documentation, drawings, and maintenance reports.
• Participate in project execution, including material list preparation and supplier coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control circuits.
• Familiarity with PLCs, instrumentation, or industrial automation (a plus).
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
