Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team as an entry‑level real estate sales representative. This position is ideal for candidates with little to no prior experience who are eager to develop a career in the real‑estate sector and provide excellent service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email and WhatsApp, addressing inquiries, concerns and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and timely information about our real‑estate products and services.
• Resolve customer issues effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assign new leads to franchise owners based on incoming requests from the call centre.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the company system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong multitasking skills and the capacity to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of real‑estate industry practices and regulations is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team.
