Export Executive

About the role

The Export Executive will lead the end‑to‑end export process for our FMCG food products, ensuring that cornflakes reach international markets safely, on time, and in compliance with all regulations. You will act as the central hub between production, logistics, quality, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage export operations from order receipt through final delivery.
• Prepare and verify all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health certificates, bills of lading).
• Ensure compliance with international trade, customs, and food‑safety regulations.
• Coordinate with production, quality, logistics teams, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Monitor shipment schedules, resolve claims, and handle documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate export records and generate periodic reports.
• Optimize logistics costs while preserving product integrity.
• Stay updated on FMCG export regulations, labeling, and destination market requirements.
• Review vendor invoices and validate them against contracted price lists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 0‑1 years of experience in supply‑chain planning, project or initiative management within the FMCG industry.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficient English speaker.
