Fashion Buyer

About the role

As a Fashion Buyer you will curate a trendy, diverse and high-quality range of fashion products that resonate with our target customers. You will collaborate closely with merchandising, sales and marketing teams to ensure the assortment aligns with the brand, meets demand and drives profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Source and select products that reflect the latest fashion trends and local Egyptian brand preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion brands, providing regular sales performance updates.
• Send daily sales reports to brands, communicating trends, performance and inventory levels.
• Manage store inventory to achieve sales goals while optimizing stock levels and turnover.
• Work with store teams to ensure visual appeal and an engaging shopping environment.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Visual Merchandisers to align product selection with displays and customer demand.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion buying, store management or a similar fashion retail role.
• Strong ability to analyse sales data and manage inventory to meet targets.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and a creative eye for store layout.
• Experience communicating regularly with fashion brands on sales performance and market trends.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory and sales reporting.
