FF&E Specialist – Interior Design & Procurement

About the role

We are looking for an experienced FF&E Specialist to shape furniture, fixtures, and equipment concepts that align with project design direction and client expectations. You will work closely with interior designers, architects, and vendors to deliver high‑quality, on‑budget interiors for hospitality, residential, and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts, mood boards, material boards, and presentations.
• Select furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories, and decorative items.
• Create detailed specifications, schedules, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, suppliers, and contractors.
• Source products, negotiate with vendors, and manage procurement timelines.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and samples for approval.
• Monitor deliveries and installation processes to ensure design quality and project deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and global design innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of FF&E design experience within interior design or fit‑out firms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality, residential, or commercial projects.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with luxury or high‑end projects is highly preferred.
