FF&E Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced FF&E Specialist to join our interior design studio. The role focuses on developing concepts, selecting products, preparing specifications, and coordinating procurement for hospitality, residential, and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
• Select furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes that meet design intent.
• Prepare detailed specifications, schedules, and procurement documents.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor procurement processes, track deliveries, and oversee installations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in interior design studios or fit‑out companies.
• Strong portfolio covering hospitality, residential, or commercial projects.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
