Field Architect – Design & Site Supervision

About the role

We are seeking a talented Field Architect to join Akar Urban Constructions, a growing real‑estate development firm. The role combines architectural design with on‑site supervision, ensuring that projects from residential to commercial are delivered with high quality and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed execution drawings for diverse projects.
• Prepare and coordinate comprehensive working drawings.
• Supervise the implementation of designs on construction sites.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to maintain quality standards and meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and site supervision.
• Strong eye for design detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI design tools.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience using Revit.
• Competence in 3Ds Max or SketchUp.
