Finishing & Handover Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Finishing & Handover Engineer to join our growing team at Tesla Developments. The role focuses on ensuring that residential or commercial units meet quality standards before delivery to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and review completed units prior to handover.
• Monitor finishing quality and verify compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare detailed snag lists and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to confirm readiness of units for delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in finishing and handover activities within construction or real‑estate projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and execute work according to specifications.
• Strong coordination and follow‑up capabilities.
• Previous experience in real‑estate development is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced Excel skills.
