Fit Out & Delivery Project Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Fit Out & Delivery Project Manager will oversee the execution of hotel and resort fit‑out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams while managing risks, claims, and project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor contractor and consultant performance, assess variations and claims, and report impacts.
• Lead weekly project progress meetings, track critical actions, and ensure timely resolution of pending items.
• Advise the head of projects on potential schedule slippage and propose corrective actions.
• Review weekly and monthly contractor reports, flag non‑compliance, and coordinate corrective measures.
• Develop tender and contract documents and manage contract execution.
• Coordinate implementation of the Project Management Plan across the project team.
• Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and monitor quality at all stages.
• Oversee project handover, close‑out activities, final inspections, and snag resolution.
• Share responsibility for meeting budget, schedule, and quality targets with the project head.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 11–15 years of experience in construction and fit‑out management.
• Proven ability in project planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and resource management.
• Strong problem‑solving, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset and ability to work under pressure.
