Front Desk Receptionist – Dental Clinic

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join Perfect Smile Dental Center in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role is full-time and on-site, acting as the first point of contact for patients and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer, direct and route phone calls with professional etiquette.
• Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
• Coordinate patient flow with dentists and clinical staff to minimise waiting times.
• Maintain orderly waiting area and handle basic inquiries about services.
• Update and file patient records, process simple administrative paperwork and manage correspondence.

Required profile

• Previous front-desk or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual and committed to patient confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience with medical or dental practice management systems (advantageous).
• Basic data-entry and filing skills.
