Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the role

We are expanding our Amazon Operations team and are looking for a Fulfillment Center Supervisor to lead shift activities in one of our first‑mile, middle‑mile or final‑mile facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality order fulfillment while supporting a dynamic team of associates.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and addressing safety opportunities.
• Manage, coach and train associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure customer orders are processed in accordance with quality and safety standards.
• Provide critical shift information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift to meet or exceed plan forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions and other departments to resolve performance issues such as process readiness, 5S, safety and training.
• Analyze data and drive process optimization to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in English preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.
