German/French Customer Service Associate

About the role
iQor is seeking a bilingual German/French Customer Service Associate to join its Cairo team. In this full-time, on-site position you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email and chat, delivering prompt and accurate support throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German and/or French across multiple channels.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and provide solutions in line with company procedures.
- Document all interactions in internal systems and maintain accurate case records.
- Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve processes and service quality.
- Meet performance targets, adhere to schedules and participate in ongoing training.
Required profile
- Fluent in German and/or French with good English for internal communication.
- Strong customer-facing attitude and focus on satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and clear written communication.
- Previous experience in a contact-center or similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Graduates only.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Comfort using CRM tools and standard office applications.
